Is Kinesiology Painful?
Absolutely Not! During a session you may receive Tei shin. This is a healing instrument use to apply needle free acupressure. Sometimes a particular meridian point can be tender. Which is often a result of having frozen energy in that area which we correct within the session
How many sessions do I need?
When working on something that has been an ongoing issue for an extended period of time or a particular stress that has been incredibly hard to overcome, it is best to receive 6 sessions. After 3 sessions a significant improvement can be noticed.
