The woman behind
I See Me - You See You

Jeni Rose

I am a woman with many labels.
I am a mother, a friend, a Kinesiologist to some, a mentor to others. I pride myself on my ability to hold space for people while on their journey of healing and self-discovery.

There have been many times in my life that I have been led to step into change. This time taking me on a journey to travel around Australia with my knowledge and passion, to empower people to live in a more harmonious, regulated state of mind and body.

My Passion for LEAP

Started in 2014 shortly after I started full time studies as an adult Student at O’Neil Kinesiology College.

I was never the smart child in the class; I actually spent most part of my schooling years struggling with spelling, reading / comprehension and mathematics. This not only affecting my self-esteem, but I had formed a very unhealthy habit of giving up on myself too easily, never pushing myself past limited beliefs.

Sitting in class as a 35-year-old without realizing I was reverting back to all my old wounds and triggers around schooling. Moments in class where I would disassociate, nervousness around looking dumb or stupid, feeling very overwhelmed and wanting to run out of the building (in fact some occasions I did just that)

The lecturers at the Institute where I was studying Kinesiology noticed my struggles, explaining to me (unlike other teachers I had) what happens when you lose Brain Integration or have a lack of integration. I was a little sceptical at first when they told me about LEAP, but I also had nothing to lose by booking in a few appointments. Completing 6 sessions quickly became one of the best decisions I have ever made, and those balances were life changing.

I still don’t spell well at times and mathematics is still done on my calculator. What has changed since engaging with LEAP, is how I view my learning abilities and myself. I am now able to acknowledge my unique way of learning. I have an awareness of how I learn, where my stresses are, and how to overcome them.

By changing my limited belief, I was able to change my habitual patterns of switching off (Blanking out), quitting when I felt overwhelmed or not good enough.

So many children have the same learning struggles as I did, taking these issues and continuing them into adulthood.
The beautiful things is that this can change. The LEAP Program helps children and adults with learning difficulties or disorders, learn to their full potential. The program is also designed to help anyone that wants to move past fears that limit them because of grief or trauma, limiting beliefs that make them feel less than.

My Love for Breathwork

Working with Clients over the past 10 years doing Kinesiology and other energy modalities has allowed me to understand the Body, its emotions, the cause of a person's triggers, how the Nervous system reacts, the what, when and why it has the physiological response, it’s having.

When I came across Breathwork it came at a time in my life where I was researching and looking into more, in-depth ways for myself and my client's body’s to be in a more homeostatic state.

Knowing that we were way more aware of our patterns, ourselves and our environments than ever before, that we had released old hurts and wounds, so our lives were way more balanced than ever, but found that the Sympathetic Nervous system was still idling when it didn’t need to. That was when I realised that the way our breath was programmed into our Autonomic Nervous system, wasn’t necessarily programmed in the way that we could get the full benefits out of our bodies.

My Love came from the release and healing I was able to have that I wasn’t able to until a Breathwork Journey I went on. I was able to let go of grieving the death of my mum, it was emotional but also so uplifting, but it was the freedom I felt in my body and mind that day of and the other days that past. That same release, let go and the freedom that I have witnessed my clients have over and over again, the ability for the bodies intelligence to do its natural thing without the need to try and control it on a subconscious level.  A reset of the Sympathetic Nervous System (Fight/Flight) so the Parasympathetic Nervous System (Rest/Digest) can go into true rest.
