What is Breathwork?
Your breath is your direct link to your nervous system.
Depending on how well you are breathing, will be the indicator of how well your nervous system regulates itself or if it switches into fight or flight.
Quite often when we are stressed, we over breathe which can lead to feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
Breathing the right way allows your body to stay in a relaxed and calm state, taking you out of overwhelm and shut down.
Regulation OVER Reaction.
Breathwork is resetting the nervous system so you can stay regulated instead of being triggered into overreacting.
